Yes — if your appointment hasn't fully processed, contact our front desk or use the app to modify or cancel the tip. Once final payment processes, changes may not be possible, so act promptly to make adjustments.
Payments are processed through secure systems; gratuities are tracked for internal records. Tax treatment follows state and federal guidelines — tips reported to the therapist may be subject to tax reporting. Contact us for copies of receipts or tax questions.
