Get answers to common questions about Brazilian with Patches.
Your technician will consult on your desired look, cleanse the area, and apply high-quality wax to remove hair. Small patches are shaped per preference. The process is private, typically takes 30–45 minutes, and includes soothing aftercare.
Discomfort varies by individual, but most clients find intimate waxing quick and tolerable. Our technicians use gentle techniques to reduce pain. Areas are waxed efficiently, and aftercare helps soothe the skin. Breathing and relaxation techniques can help.
Results usually last three to six weeks depending on hair growth cycles and individual factors. Regular appointments can lead to finer regrowth. Avoid shaving between sessions to maintain consistent waxing results and longer smoothness.
Trim hair to about 1/4 inch if needed, avoid exfoliating or heavy skincare with retinoids 48 hours prior, skip tanning, and arrive clean. Avoid caffeine for reduced sensitivity and notify staff of medications or allergies.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense workouts, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours. Use recommended soothing lotions, avoid sun exposure, and gently exfoliate after 72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smooth results.
Pregnant clients often receive waxing after the first trimester with their provider's approval. For sensitive skin, we offer a patch test and gentler techniques. Discuss medications, allergies, or concerns with your technician beforehand.
