Get answers to common questions about Under Arm Waxing.
Results usually last three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth, hormonal factors, and aftercare. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and extend smoothness. We recommend scheduling appointments every four to six weeks for consistent maintenance.
Some brief discomfort is normal, but pain is usually mild and short-lived. Our experienced estheticians use quick techniques and soothing products. Topical numbing can be used on request for especially sensitive clients.
Ensure hair is about a quarter to half an inch long, avoid heavy exfoliation or sun exposure 24-48 hours prior, and skip deodorant on the day of your appointment to allow proper waxing adhesion.
Apply a soothing, alcohol-free gel or lotion, avoid hot showers and intense exercise for 24 hours, refrain from deodorant if possible for 12-24 hours, and exfoliate gently after 48 hours to prevent ingrown hairs.
We advise waiting 12 to 24 hours before using regular deodorants, especially antiperspirants containing alcohol or fragrances. If needed, choose a mild, alcohol-free product to minimize irritation and allow skin to recover.
Avoid waxing if you have sunburn, open wounds, active infection, or are using certain topical prescriptions. People on blood thinners or with severe skin conditions should consult a professional or physician before booking.
